Tracking Numbers
When a tracking number is provided to you after making your purchase order, the product is out of our hands. Please contact your postal provider with the tracking information to track your product.Β
US Domestic Shipping
We typically use USPS but may sometimes use other carriers such as UPS or FedEx for larger orders. Expect your product to be packed within 24-48 hours then shipped and delivered in about 2-4 days.Β
International Shipping
As a small business, international rates can get expensive. We've been able to get affordable rates to continue sustaining shipments to certain countries. In order to maintain the rates to support international shipping, we need to hit a minimum of 5 global orders in order to get the rates.Β
This means we will ship your product together when we have a group of international purchases which may take a day or a couple of weeks to ship out. Please be patient as we scale this side of the business. As we ramp up, then shipping times may be reduced down to days to ship out your order. The more sales we have the easier it is to ship internationally! So please help spread the word.Β
Current schedule: Our team drives 45-60 minutes to the global distribution center once a week. You may see your order being stuck as the facility processes numerous shipments before it gets out the door. We currently support Canada as the only international shipping destination and your order will typically arrive between 7-10 days, and 10-21 days during November & December. We appreciate your patience.Β
Customs for International Shoppers
If applicable, you will be responsible for your country's standard customs, duties, and import taxes to receive the product.Β
Small Business
Because we are a small independent shop, we do not have the same resources as larger companies. We currently hand-pack our items when orders come in. We typically pack and ship your product out within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. Deliveries may take 2-5 days to arrive depending on location. Outlying factors such as weather may delay your package's arrival.Β Β
Please be patient with us as we continue to build our team, company, and logistical resources to provide a more seamless experience.Β
Holiday Shipping
During the holidays - consumers will experience delays that may be out of our control. Shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and more may be backed up due to the high demand for purchased items. Domestic should account for 3 extra days while international can expect an extra 10 days.Β
PACKAGE MISSING BUT SHOWN AS DELIVERED
If a product has been shown to be delivered, please contact your shipping facility as they may have updates for you. You can submit a claim for lost items, ask your neighbors if they may accidentally have taken it (we know some roommate horror stories that have stolen packages), and package theft in your area. We are unable to send another replacement and you will have to purchase another product. Make sure to use addresses where there is someone typically available to receive the product (such as the front office of your workplace) or at home when someone is known to be home during day time.Β
