Below are some of are common questions:
USA: A few scenarios and we've seen them all!
- The courier accidentally pre-scanned your item while scanning other shipments. Please wait another 24 hours before contacting us.
- Delivered to wrong address or a neighbor's house. We typically ask for you to wait 24-48 hours to see if they will help drop it off to you.
- Unfortunately, package theft occurs far too often. If nothing has shown up in 4 business days, please contact us and we'll take care of you.
- What I typically experience, it was thrown into the bushes and fell over, so it's hiding deep within the brushes.
- My signifiant other / partner took the mail without telling me - so it did indeed arrive XD.
International: From experience, we notice somtimes the couriers will 'mark as delivered' when it reaches the last post office nearest you. They then take an addition 24-48 hours to deliver. We ask that you wait during this period to see if it arrives. If your product has not shown up in 5 business days after its stated delivered, please send us an inquiry and we will take care of you.
Yes, we normally process orders between the hours of 11AM-3PM PST. If your order is within this window, please notify us as soon as possible via e-mail with the updated information. If it's after those hours, we will respond to your inquiry and update accordingly.
We currently have a streamlined shipping service to Australia, and United Kingdom. If you're looking for shipment for your country but cannot find it, or the rates are extremely high - contact us and we can assess and quote shipping options. Sometimes we can ship from our factory if we have the items in stock as Asia has better worldwide shipping coverage as opposed to shipping from the USA.
For Domestic orders, please expect a 3-5 business day turnaround. Business days meaning Monday-Friday.
For internationals, please expect up to 2 weeks as our team needs to hand deliver your shipments to a facility 55 minutes away (if we're lucky with no traffic). We typically compile international orders and deliver the bulk. The facility needs to process the shipment, then pass through customs before it arrives to your doorstep.
Oh my! We are human after all. The factory we chose is a small business, as we thoroughly enjoy working closely with them. With their growth, there will often be mistakes with their production or quality control. If your product has smears, smudges, or a print defect, we will replace your items at no additional cost to you!
If your product arrived damaged due to shipping, we can send a replacement for you, at no additional cost to you!
If you're missing an item, we'll send that replacement to you as soon as we can!
It's just me, Eric, the creator and the help of a few friends packing these orders everyday out of the garage. So mistakes do happen as volume increases. We truly appreciate you supporting a smalllllll business.
